During his career, Steve has had the pleasure of working at some the Country’s most prestigious venues such as Wembley Arena, London’s Famous Grosvenor House Hotel, The Café Royal & The Savoy. He has made appearances at several Theatres around the country, one of the most memorable being when he performed on the TV Show New Faces in 1988. He went on to win his heat with the highest score ever recorded on the show.

More TV appearances followed and in 1995, whilst recording Who Do You Do for Sky TV, he was approached by the country’s Top Show Band THE ROCKIN BERRIES, who were keen to enlist him as their Frontman. Steve joined the band and went on to tour the world for five years, working venues in Europe, Hong Kong and the Middle East.

In January 2000 he launched his New Solo Production, The Stevie Riks Show. Written and performed by Steve, it is an Explosive Cocktail of Music and Comedy Impressions. Such is the success of the Show, that Steve has a huge following both locally & Nationally.

Amongst the Admirers of his work are many Celebrities, including Bob Mortimer & Vic Reeves, Bob Dylan, Jeff Lynne (ELO), Liam Gallagher, Ian McNabb, Marie Wilson,

Steve is also a Talented Voice Over Artist, providing celebrity and character vocals for clients who include:-

Independent Radio
Various Vocals for Advertisements
Whitebuck Music, Manchester

Steve was the Voice of Pondlife, who reached No 11 in the Singles Chart in competition with Crazy Frog with a track titled Ring Ding. He was also involved in writing a Christmas single which was recorded by Davy Jones of the Monkees in 2008.

Steve also has a talent for Comedy Writing, his speciality being Parody & Sketches. This talent has gained him a huge international following on the internet and in 2009, he became the Number One Most watched Comedian on Youtube. As a result of his popularity, he was featured on the BBC Documentary programme Inside Out. In December 2009, he was involved in a TV Production for ITV in which he portrayed Paul McCartney, Paul O’Grady, Noel Gallagher, Russell Brand & Tom Jones.

Stevie is a keen supporter of the environment and has a passion for animal rights. He is now an ambassador for just4theplanet.
